Created research project assessing the opportunities for and cognitive ability of very young children aged 6 months to 3 years to experience and respond to agency in their first year of preschool.

Identified and cataloged literary and photographic data relating to genocide and destruction of cultural property in the former Yugoslavia
Explored various websites documenting the architectural history of Bosnia and Herzogovina in order to observe extent of city sieges.
• Engaged in thorough review of Harvard Islamic art and architecture archives in order to match destroyed cultural landmarks with original architecture.
• Organization of said data into a comprehensive photographic archive to be used as visual evidence during trials at criminal war tribunal in The Hague, by the Harvard community, and eventually as an educational tool for the general public.

• Created and oversaw an aggressive recruitment strategy which included guest lecturing online campaigning and relationship building with the department of student affairs in order to recruit t he highest caliber of undergraduates to program. Maintained the quality of membership in the second year of the program.
• Supervised a staff of forty corps members, six team leaders, volunteer coordinators and administrative staff
• Created ten point plan to observe Jumpstart sessions and monitor for quality implementation of classroom standards.
• Built and managed high-quality relationships between twelve preschool program partners throughout San Francisco Bay Area and university relations to ensure sustainability of program.
